If there is sufficient evidence that the suspect in question committed said murder, then, yes... he should be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. Whether or not his amnesia sob story will garner him an acquittal is another matter altogetherShould a murderer with amnesia be convicted?
no i dont think so. but they should be put in sometype of like mental place so it couldnt happen again. but they shouldnt be in like jail, or killed.
