What would happen to an underage and unclaimed amnesia patient?

Let's say a young girl wakes up from A Coma and no one knows who she is or what to do With her

If one of her doctors offer to let her stay with him would that be allowed

Would she go back to school

Would they give her a new identity and let her live a normal life?

Could she go to college and have a regulat life or woul she forever be "Jane Doe"What would happen to an underage and unclaimed amnesia patient?
She would be taken care of by children's services, not 'one of the doctors', since that would be an ethical conflict with his patient.

If the patient never recovered memory and was never claimed (how would that happen?), she would eventually grow up and live her new life, with a new name (not Jane Doe)

It's such a wildly improbable scenario that it's really not worth a lot of time over. What would happen to an underage and unclaimed amnesia patient?
She would go into foster care..........after being hospitalized for a period of time
They would contact various agencies to see if there was a missing person's report on the girl
She would not live with the doctor
If she was considered "normal" more than likely she would be given a new identity when she reached maturity
